Take Keisei Line "Sky Liner" to Ueno station where you get off
the train and take a taxi Shinanomachi from where you can have an easy
access to Keio University School of Medicine in front of the station.
Take the JR "Narita Express" bound for Tokyo and change trains

Take the "Airport Limousine" for Tokyo Station and get off at

Take the "Airport Limolusine" for Shinjuku Station and get off
at the terminal. Take the JR Soubu Line in the direction of Akihabara and

Take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa and change trains to JR Yamanote Line
